AQUES is washing liquid recycle equipment that allows Alkaline washing liquid replacement-free. No need to replace washing liquid, it maintains the cleaning effect. AQUES is an ultimate solution for Alkaline cleaning, different from those with reduced waste or longer replacement cycle.
AQUES is connected to the cleaner, and continuously removes impurities such as washing liquid oil and foreign objects, and brings back only water and washing agent to the washing tank. Therefore, the washing equipment can maintain high cleaning quality, and the detergent will last 10 times longer.
Installation of AQUES is simple; just connect the hose to the cleaning tank, and connect to the power source, and the rest is the automatic operation. All impurities from the washing liquid are stored in AQUES concentration tank. This concentration tank will contain only impurities. When it is full, simply taking out the contents will put it back to the operation again.
Adding AQUES to the current washing equipment will save 85% of detergent usage, and reduce 99% waste, without any replacement of Alkaline washing liquid. When combined with our Alkaline Water Ionizer, even more efficient cleaning system is achieved.

First obvious effect is a reduction of detergent usage and waste. Depending on user’s condition and usage, AQUES can reduce waste of washers by 90-99%, detergent usage by 50-85%. For instance, with detergent concentration of 5%, replacement every 2 weeks, operation hours 50weeks/year, detergent cost 500yen/L, waste management cost 25yen/L, and 1000L tank, AQUES can reduce detergent cost and waste management cost by 900,000 – 1,150,000yen. With 20m3 cleaning tank, more saving can be achieved; 18,000,000 – 23,000,000yen annually.

Moreover, the stable and high quality cleaning by AQUES will contribute to the improved quality of paints or metal applied afterwards. From operational and environmental perspective, this will benefit more than just a cost saving from detergent and waste management.

The cost associated with AQUES installation is; Initial cost, electricity cost to operate the equipment, minimum maintenance, and replacement of membrane module once a year.
